Ingredients
1 x 350ml Awesome Tomato sauce
4 Portions hake seasoned with salt and pepper
2 wheels of feta
200g cous cous
Method
Pour Awesome Tomato sauce over fish.
Crumble feta over.
Bake @200 degrees c for 15 to 20 mins.
Chop fresh herb of choice over (basil, thyme rosemary work well) and serve with rice or cous cous.
Ingredients
1x 350 ml Awesome Tomato sauce
1 x chorizo sliced
½ diced red pepper
½ diced onion
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp paprika
¼ tsp cayene pepper
4 eggs
Method
In a dry pan sautee chorizo till fat starts to render.
Add spices and sautee for a minute or two.
Add onions and pepper, sautee till soft.
Add 1 x 350ml Awesome Tomato sauce and heat.
Crack egg one by one straight in the pan and cover with lid.
Cook until eggs are done to your liking.
Serve with pita bread and garlic flavored yogurt.
Ingredients
1 x 350ml Awesome Cheese sauce
4 x thick cut gypsy ham
4 x slices sour dough toast
4 x fried egg
Method
Butter toast and top with gypsy ham.
Spread with Awesome Cheese sauce and grill under a salamander or grill untill cheese starts to bubble.
Top with fried egg and serve.
Ingredients
4x 200g Yellow tail fillets seasoned with salt and pepper
1× 350ml Awesome Cheese sauce
80ml cream
Method
Lightly sear yellow tail.
Loosen Awesome Cheese sauce with cream.
Lay fish in an oven proof dish.
Top with sauce and bake in a hot oven 200⁰c for 15 to 20 min.
Serve with boiled baby potatoes and wilted spinach.
